Disney done right

My crash course in Disney Vacationing

Planning your visit to Walt Disney World is essential to get the most out of your vacation.

First things first!! Research event calendars online and make sure your dates don’t overlap. https://www.undercovertourist.com/orlando/crowd-calendar/

Take a look at these: Walt Disney World Attractions including information on the 4 Disney Theme Parks, 2 Water Parks & Entertainment Options.

Choose which hotel is best for you. Disney boasts not only stellar customer service, and accommodations, but resorts tailored to making your family as entertained as possible.

Book your dining reservations or while you still can! It’s best to grab one if it’s available instead of waiting until you’re certain of your plans. Walt Disney World dining reservations open 180 days in advance for Disney parks guests or your WDW hotel resort check-in date, giving Disney hotel guests a small priority when booking reservations for a trip and, naturally, causing preferred restaurants to fill up quickly

Make FastPass+ reservations– Disney resort hotel guests can begin booking their choice of attractions 60 days out from when they arrive, while other hotel guests and general ticket holders can book 30 days in advance.

Personalize your Magic Bands Magic Bands are complimentary for all guests in your party when you stay at a Walt Disney World resort hotel. Set them up ahead of time so everyone’s names can be printed on the inside , everyone can select their own color, and they’ll arrive in a decorative box before your vacation. (If you do not personalize or set them up less than 10 days before your trip, you’ll automatically receive a grey Magic Band at check-in.)

Two weeks before you depart:

Look at your hotel’s transportation options. Most WDW resort hotels operate with buses, but some also use monorails and ferries.

Double-check the WDW calendar for Extra Magic Hours, so you’ll be able to plan your visit and adjust your schedule accordingly.

Download the MyDisneyExperience and Shop Disney Parks app. Why ??

Want to find the nearest restroom? Access My Disney Experience. There are park maps and it will even tell you where you are

Book a restaurant? No need to ask at the podium. Check on the My Disney Experience App for a restaurant reservation.

What time is the parade? The App will tell you.

The app is all knowing, and saves you so much time, and hassle.
